I was going through a magazine at work and saw and article on a lady who survived from breast cancer and it crossed my mind that a lot of women are working around the street without proper information about this deadly disease. This lady a top executive in a bank never had time to do the simply home exam of her breast to see if she had lumps. How many women spend time to look at their breast, the size, the color even to check for lumps.I tell you very few do it or even care. A lower number even examine for lumps.

A girl friend of mine when i was in the university had lumps removed from her breast, both of them. She had been educated and knew what she was looking for. Very few women know what to look for or even care when they encounter such. They think ordinary antibiotics can cure whatever sickens them.

So to all the busy Lady's, take out time an have an exam at least once a year. Nothing might be wrong with you, but it is safer to know that you are physically sound and don't have any terminal illness than for it to be thrust upon you with out notice. If that lady had know that at the beginning of a new year she would undergo a mastectomy or even experience the "RED DEVIL" of chemotherapy she would had said no way that was going to happen to her.

It's not about how much you have, what you do for a living, or who you friends are. It's about how you live and take care of you body. Are you in a relationship with your body? Cancer affects rich & poor, strong & weak, famous and infamous. It is our responsibility to look after our body. The commonest form of cancer that affect women is the breast cancer.
