I will wait like the rest of the world to see who is going to emerge as the new president of the united states. Frankly, who ever wins has a lot cut out to do. There will be rigging of elections you bet. But one thing is for sure only one winner will emerge. Read the following articles below:

Granting the importance of the topic, the difference in moral stature between presidential candidates has rarely been as enormous as it is today–not (or not only) because Obama’s is so small but because McCain’s is so large.
There is no single English word for McCain the hero, the moral entity. But in Hebrew he would be called a tsaddik–a man of such nobility and moral substance that he approaches holiness.
If this assertion sounds crazy, that only shows how little we have thought about the issue.

Midlife Crisis

'Midlife Crisis' is something that happens to many of us at some point during our lives (usually, at about 40, give or take 20 years).
Midlife Crisis is a natural process (first identified by the psychologist Carl Jung) and it is a normal part of 'maturing'. However, Midlife Crisis can sometimes feel very uncomfortable, and cause people to seek psychotherapy or counselling, or to make radical lifestyle changes that can be very damaging and are regretted later.
It can help to view Midlife Crisis from the perspective of differing personality types, as this will give you a greater understanding of what is happening.
If you are going through midlife crisis, you might experience a wide range of feelings, such as:
Discontent with life and/or the lifestyle that may have provided happiness for many years
Boredom with things/people that have hitherto held great interest and dominated your life
Feeling adventurous and wanting to do something completely different
Questioning the meaning of life, and the validity of decisions clearly and easily made years before
Confusion about who you are, or where your life is going.
These feelings at mid-life can occur naturally, or they can be brought on by external factors.
One external factor can be debt. The availability of credit has become easier in recent years, through credit cards and telephone/internet loans. This has made it easier to accumulate debt, and many people turn to debt consolidation or debt management services in order to find their way out of difficulty.
Another external factor can be a bereavement, such as the death of a parent - or other significant loss or change, such as redundancy or divorce. These things can cause significant grief which can be difficult enough to come to terms with on their own. But if they are compounded by the natural process of 'mid-life transition' this can make the whole process of adjustment bewildering and overwhelming.
However, even in the absence of difficult external circumstances, there is still an internal process of change that takes place during midlife. If you don't understand that process it can feel like a 'crisis' and as you attempt to come to terms with it, you may find yourself making poor or irrational decisions that you regret at a later date - eg: leaving your job or spouse and throwing away the security that you have built up in the first part of your adult life.
If you do understand the process of midlife transition, it can make it easier (though still not easy) to navigate your way through it.

American Dream
The term was first used by James Truslow Adams in his book The Epic of America which was written in 1931. He states: "The American Dream is "that dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement. It is a difficult dream for the European upper classes to interpret adequately, and too many of us ourselves have grown weary and mistrustful of it. It is not a dream of motor cars and high wages merely, but a dream of social order in which each man and each woman shall be able to attain to the fullest stature of which they are innately capable, and be recognized by others for what they are, regardless of the fortuitous circumstances of birth or position."
In Nigeria this dream is interpreted to mean the time one gets to become a US citizen. People from all works of life see going to America as a life time achievement and misinterpret what the proponents of the phrase meant and what the Americans intended to achieve.
As Nigerians instead of proposing a phrase that will boost nationalism and patriotism, we help the Americans to propagate their own dream instead of ours. Yes, we don’t have the Nigeria dream or are not propagating it even if we do. Patriotism which is the key element in propagating a dream is not even taught in schools. Most of us don’t even know the meaning of patriotism.
What is the aim of this write-up you may ask? It is to educate us on the need to have a Nigerian dream whose theme is about nationality, identity and the nature of patriotism in which all citizens have a quality life and there is respect for human life.
When are we going to stop living the American dream and start living the Nigerian dream for a change. Are we not proud of our country? Why are people ashamed of being called Nigerians?
The time we should be proud is here right now.

Cancer

I was going through a magazine at work and saw and article on a lady who survived from breast cancer and it crossed my mind that a lot of women are working around the street without proper information about this deadly disease. This lady a top executive in a bank never had time to do the simply home exam of her breast to see if she had lumps. How many women spend time to look at their breast, the size, the color even to check for lumps.I tell you very few do it or even care. A lower number even examine for lumps.
A girl friend of mine when i was in the university had lumps removed from her breast, both of them. She had been educated and knew what she was looking for. Very few women know what to look for or even care when they encounter such. They think ordinary antibiotics can cure whatever sickens them.
So to all the busy Lady's, take out time an have an exam at least once a year. Nothing might be wrong with you, but it is safer to know that you are physically sound and don't have any terminal illness than for it to be thrust upon you with out notice. If that lady had know that at the beginning of a new year she would undergo a mastectomy or even experience the "RED DEVIL" of chemotherapy she would had said no way that was going to happen to her.
It's not about how much you have, what you do for a living, or who you friends are. It's about how you live and take care of you body. Are you in a relationship with your body? Cancer affects rich & poor, strong & weak, famous and infamous. It is our responsibility to look after our body. The commonest form of cancer that affect women is the breast cancer.
Endeavour to carry out routine checks. Life is good, life is sweet.
Live your life to the fullest.
